Day excursion to the rocket station and museum Insel Hombroich
as part of the exhibitions SPACES EMBODIED and TRUE TO SCALE

Since 1994, the former NATO missile station in Neuss has been used as a place for the development of art and architecture and as a living and working space for artists from the fields of art, literature and music, complementing the Museum Insel Hombroich.
During a guided tour with a focus on architecture, participants will learn interesting and informative facts about this unusual art space.
In the second part of the excursion, participants will visit the Museum Insel Hombroich, which was created under the motto "Art Parallel to Nature". Opened in 1987, the museum covers an area of 21 hectares of protected landscape and is a purely daylight museum with ten walk-in sculptures, some of which are used as exhibition buildings, which allow visitors to experience art and nature through their senses.
