Art Afternoon in the Draiflessen Collection and in the DA, Kunsthaus Kloster Gravenhorst

The art afternoon on August 8 combines the current exhibitions at the Draiflessen Collection in Mettingen with those at the DA, Kunsthaus Kloster Gravenhorst in Hörstel and is therefore all about “human-nature relationships”. Participants in Mettingen will gain insights into the special exhibition ROOTED AND BRANCHED

 in the Main Space as well as A GARDEN OF FLOWERS in the Studiensaal and BENEATH THE SURFACE in DAS Forum. After a coffee break together, the tour continues to DA, Kunsthaus Kloster Gravenhorst in Hörstel. Here, the curator and director of the DA, Sara Dietrich, will guide us through the exhibition “BIOPHILIA. Of Plants and People”. The special afternoon will be rounded off with a get-together at Café Clara.

The participation fee is € 30 per person including refreshments at both locations.
The number of participants is limited to 20 persons.
The transfer between the Draiflessen Collection and the DA, Kunsthaus Kloster Gravenhorst will be by private car, but it is possible to form car pools.

2.30 p.m.: Coffee break
3.15 p.m.: Drive to the DA, Kunsthaus Kloster Gravenhorst
3.45 p.m.: Welcome at the DA, Kunsthaus | Guided tour of the exhibitions
approx. 5 p.m.: Concluding together at Café Clara
