Art in the Evening: Quiet Strength – Meditation session with Maria Spitz
in the exhibition MAGICAL WOMEN

In our hectic everyday lives, we often overlook the quiet power that can give us peace and vitality. It is the combination of art and sound, relaxation and imagination, that provides a special setting in the exhibition “Magical Women” to turn to this power. We approach it while lying down, in a guided meditation accompanied by singing bowls. It is aimed at both inexperienced and advanced meditators. It begins at 7 p.m. following the curator's tour.

After setting up the meditation space and tuning in, there will be a 40-minute meditation session. Afterwards, there will be an opportunity to chat over tea.

The event is free of charge and will take place after the curator's tour.
The number of participants is limited to 12.
