Art in the Evening: “The Five Elements” – Qi Gong with Cordelia Schreiber
as a part of the exhibition MIX & MATCH
Qi Gong, one of the five pillars of Traditional Chinese Medicine, supports health through gentle movements, calm breathing, and mindfulness. Working with life energy (Qi) — for example in the sequence “Harmony of the Five Elements” — connects water, wood, fire, earth, and metal, fostering grounding and a conscious connection between heaven and earth. Suitable for all ages and fitness levels.
The session begins at 7 p.m., directly following the curators’ tour.
After setting up your space, a Qi Gong session of approximately 40 minutes will follow, ending with a sound journey.
The event is free of charge.
The number of participants is limited to 12.
Please register by June 9, 2026 at anmeldung@draiflessen.com or +49 (0)5452.9168-3500.
***Please wear comfortable clothing, soft shoes with smooth soles or thick socks, and bring a (yoga) mat, a blanket, and a drink if needed.
Interested visitors also have the opportunity to join the curators’ tour of the exhibition MIX & MATCH at 6 p.m. The tour is also free — only regular museum admission is required.
The museum will be open until 9 p.m. on this Thursday.
