Excursion to the Museum Het Rembrandthuis, Amsterdam
In the seventeenth century, the Netherlands experienced a flowering of the sciences, arts, and culture that is unequalled to this day. One of the most well-known artists from this time is Rembrandt Harmensz. van Rijn. In 2019, the 350th year since the death of this immensely influential painter, etcher, and draughtsman, we’ll visit the Rembrandt House in Amsterdam and retrace the story of Rembrandt, the man and the artist.
