In 2019 and 2020, the Draiflessen Collection is presenting three consecutive art exhibitions that highlight particular aspects of what the terms faith, love, and hope mean in modern and contemporary times through a consideration of modern and contemporary works of art. The focus of the first exhibition is on faith – a concept that is associated with longings, promises of solace, and assurances for the future, but also with fears, disappointments, and doubts.

The exhibition Faith brings together a concise selection of artworks from the twentieth and twenty-first centuries that in various ways explore the concepts of faith and doubt and address existential questions about what it is to be human.
