Active Health Yoga Session
Personal well-being is an essential element of practicing yoga. A carefully selected series of exercises offers an opportunity both to reduce stress and release excess energy, and also to build up energy to motivate yourself. Together with the yoga teacher and psychotherapist Vivien Soppa (Vivien Soppa Coaching & Yoga) and her colleague Maria Windler, we are offering four different yoga sessions in conjunction with the cabinet exhibition STAY HEALTHY. These sessions were developed based on the “Four Temperaments.
