2017, the 500th anniversary of the Reformation, is being celebrated with numerous cultural events throughout Germany. The Draiflessen Collection has also made the occasion a focus of its programme this year and is drawing attention to and making it possible to directly experience the legacy of the Reformation in three events as a 'trialogue'.

We’ll visit the exhibition '1517. A Legacy' and take a look at original examples of book illumination and afterwards we’ll have a go at making our own illuminations.
