Everything you need for your visit to the museum.

Due to the current situation, we kindly ask to present proof of vaccination or recovery or a negative test (max. 48 hours old) at reception. During your stay, you must wear an FFP2 mask or a surgical mask. The proven distance and hygiene regulations apply.

o track possible chains of infection, you can register via the Luca app (the code is available at reception) or leave your contact details in writing. The data collected in this way will be destroyed in due time after four weeks in accordance with data protection regulations. Our staff at the museum reception will be happy to help you with any questions you may have.

As only a limited number of visitors are allowed in the exhibition areas at any one time, we recommend that you register in advance - of course we are happy for you to visit spontaneously, but we would like to save you any possible waiting time. You can register by phone at 05452.9168-3500, by e-mail at or online.

We are very much looking forward to your visit!
